Rules:
- Participants will throw a dart at the map, and the location where the dart lands will be the subject of the speech.
- They will be given 1 minute to gather their thoughts and 3 minutes to deliver the speech.
- The speech should cover key aspects of the location, such as its history, culture, or significance, and will be judged based on content, clarity, and confidence.
