About us

History

The DRMC Adventure & Tour Club was founded in 2023 under the esteemed guidance of Brigadier General Kazi Shamim Farhad, NDC, PSC, the Honorable Principal of the College, and led by Zahidul Islam Saikat, the Cultural Prefect at the time. The club was established with the vision of igniting a passion for travel and exploration among the youth. It aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the diverse cultures and traditions of various regions, both within Bangladesh and abroad. Beyond cultural exploration, the club also emphasizes the importance of learning survival strategies in challenging and adverse environments, preparing students to thrive in unfamiliar and difficult conditions. Through these initiatives, the club hopes to broaden the horizons of its members and cultivate a sense of curiosity, resilience, and global awareness.
